Going beyond Code minimums to push the 'envelope' into the next generation and century to avoid past mistakes and costly envelope repairs. The next generation of a Canadian home will use less energy, be more airtight and maximize low Carbon footprints for materials, energy usage and energy demand. Biomimicry, low carbon materials and their placement will revolutionize the next idea of what a home can be.
