Learn about waste management best practices that can help your projects reduce waste sent to landfill and divert valuable resources back into the local economy. We'll discuss the value of prioritising waste management on construction projects and how to work with the local waste management facility to build more with less waste.
Andrew Calder
Andrew Calder is a waste management professional with 20 years of experience in the field. Andrew currently leads the Bow Valley Waste Management Commission, a regional organisation providing waste management services to the construction industry at the Francis Cooke Class III Landfill and Resource Recovery Centre in Alberta. Throughout his career, Andrew has held a variety of roles in private industry and local government and has extensive experience working with communities, municipalities, and industry to develop and operate reliable recycling programs and services.
