Pamela Goertzen

Pamela Goertzen is the founding Executive Director of SSRIA, where she has deployed a comprehensive suite of programs and activities that are driving the organizational mission to accelerate the adoption of low-carbon building solutions. Through her strategic leadership and commitment to relationship building, Pamela continues to foster critical partnerships to grow SSRIA and its environmental and economic impact on the building sector in Alberta.


Pam has had an unwavering commitment to developing and managing energy efficiency and sustainability programs in Alberta for the past 20 years. She holds a Business Diploma with a marketing specialization and a Bachelor of Management.

David Campbell

David has been involved in the design, development, and construction of over 1,000 units of multi-family construction. He is well-versed in energy-saving techniques including the Passive House initiative and his projects have been both wood-frame and concrete. His extensive experience includes conversion commercial projects in addition to new construction of multi-family, commercial and infill townhome and single-family residential projects from concept through completion.

Having worked in the construction industry for 15+ years, David’s knowledge & experience has contributed to his excellent reputation in the Edmonton market, not only among his peers but with city officials, consultants, developers, clients, suppliers and trade contractors.

He has a passion for sustainable multi-family and redevelopment projects and an unparalleled commitment to his clients, encouraging dialogue and realizing their vision.

David has effectively managed over 80 projects with over $90 million in construction value while collaborating with multiple site teams, suppliers, trade contractors, consultants, and city officials, all in fast-paced environments. His passion is for sustainable infill multi-family and redevelopment projects.
